Don't worry, this isn't turning into a food page, but I've been trying to find my footing and my creativity in this strange new time, and food is a good outlet.Today is my 10th wedding anniversary, so I cooked some really wonderful comfort food. Auggie got a heart made of avocado sushi, which is his favorite. The grown ups had a huge bowl of ramen with fresh miso, asparagus, tofu, mushrooms, bok choy, seaweed, and avocado. Auggie and I baked a cake which Auggie decorated with a "10!" in chocolate chips. So, tonight I'm going to push my worry about the outside world aside and enjoy this time with my little family.
