Tonight we're eating a salad of warm white beans (Ayocote Blancos from @rancho_gordo) and rainbow carrots (@hungryharvest) with dill and lemon juice and olive oil. This isn't a cooking page, but these carrots are so gorgeous I thought they'd fit right in.
